It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, either as owner, operator, agent, employee or otherwise, keeping, maintaining, operating, or being in charge of any public pool, and/or billiard hall and/or any public amusement room, as specified in Section 9.08.020, to suffer or permit any person under the age of eighteen years to enter, visit or be within any public place specified in Section 9.08.020.
